Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for any work completed to date.

• We do not guarantee specific business results from digital marketing efforts.
• All Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not responsible for losses due to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting services) or algorithm changes.
  
  

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiStromer shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
